In any seven days you can use up to 40% of the month’s allowance, so it lasts the month.
Two ways to make the allowance go further: hand a chapter to your own Claude or ChatGPT, and the prose costs you nothing of it; or set “Looking for contradictions” to “A quick look”, which still finds contradictions and leaves judging them to you.
Prices include VAT. A paid plan renews for the same period unless cancelled; the terms and the withdrawal instruction say how.
Frequently asked questions
Is Companion a standalone product?
No. On Companion the writing comes from you or from the Claude or ChatGPT you connect; Quillsmith keeps the world, checks the chapters and holds the history. If you want Quillsmith itself to draft, choose Writer.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. An upgrade is prorated for the remainder of your billing period.
What happens to my work if I cancel?
You keep read-only access to every world and can export your manuscript; what you wrote stays yours. The subscription runs to the end of the paid period.
Is my writing used for training?
Never. We do not use your writing to train a model, and we never will.
